The Winners of the HEART Awards will be announced at our 20th Anniversary HEART Awards – Cuore di Venizia taking place on Thursday, October 26th at the JW Marriott, Tampa.
Evaluation Criteria
The best candidates will quantitatively demonstrate:
- Business success (financial results, career growth)
- Community involvement (volunteer work, advocacy)
- Leadership ability (public profile, reputation)
- Influence (impact on the housing community, on public policy, or on quality of life).

Please complete the following questionnaire online to the best of your ability. We strongly suggest that answer all the questions first in a Word document and then cut and paste them into the online form. This will allow you to keep a copy of your answers for your files, as we cannot provide a copy for you. This will also assist with word count and grammatical errors.
To be considered for this special recognition, your completed questionnaire MUST be returned via the online form by Friday, September 01, 2023.

The more detail you can provide, the stronger your submission will be. This is your time to shine, so please keep all humbleness aside.
Please check your work, as it’s submitted, so it will be printed. Your answers are a reflection of your story.
References are strongly recommended, however not required.
